An annual favorite, this is a juicy fruited sour, with a distinct taste of Hong Kong. We got our start as a brewery on Lamma Island, which is home to many wild wampi trees that have a very brief annual fruiting season. This incredible South East Asian citrus fruit, which looks somewhat grape-like, bursts with a phenomenally spicy, juicy, tangy, tart, and sweet citrus character. Each year, we work with South Lamma's Mo Tat Wan Community and our good friend David Hopley to forage fragrant wild wampi at their peak to create a refreshing foraged sour which we think reflects Lamma Island's creativity and lush tropical landscape and offers a true taste of the local in all its natural goodness.
