
Easter Appetiser - Deviled Eggs
Try this classic Easter dish!
Ingredients:
6 FRENZ Eggs
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/8 Tsp Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Smoked Paprika, for garnish
Directions:
1) Place the eggs in a pot with water level covering all the eggs. Bring the water to boil with high heat, then cover and reduce heat to a low level. Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Rinse eggs with cold water for 1 minute.
2) Once the eggs are cold enough to touch, crack the shells and peel. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble with a fork. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and mix well.
3) Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy~
